The pace of modern life can be overwhelming and over-stimulating. Many of us are increasingly searching for deeper connections and enriching relationships, deeper meaning and sense of purpose, harmony and balance.
In this holistic and empowering 7-day workshop you will learn to apply Permaculture, systems thinking and sustainability design tools that are inspired by Nature’s way of working and that will help you design abundance into your life.
In this holistic and empowering 7-day workshop you will learn to apply Permaculture, systems thinking and sustainability design tools that are inspired by Nature’s way of working and that will help you design abundance into your life.
This workshop is also designed to create space for you to connect deeper to your true self and to Nature. Through deep ecology, non-violent communication, guided meditations and fun and creative activities you will have the opportunity to enjoy a balance between the head, heart and hands.
Head - Theory sessions, participatory action learning, observation development, discussions, documentaries, role-play and games.
Heart - Cultivating compassion, non-violence, reconnecting to our inner self and establishing a deeper relationship with Nature.
Hands – Letting creativity flow and getting our hands dirty!
Permaculture can be defined as ecology applied to our environment and our attitudes. The key word is design; good planning can solve any environmental, political, social and economic conflict. The problems are solutions.
Systems thinking is a set of habits, an approach to problem solving, that views "problems" as parts of an overall system, rather than reacting to specific parts, outcomes or events.
Sustainability design consists of the tools, skills, and knowledge necessary to participate in any sustainable community or organization. Deep-ecology explores deep experiences that lead to deep questioning and deeper commitment to nature.
Non Violent Communication is a clear and effective model for communicating in a way that is cooperative, conscious and compassionate. It aims to enhance collaboration and reduce conflict.
