1 Hectare Eco Retreat and Event Center
Location: Turkey (Mediterranean Climate).
Client: Land Owner / Business developer.
Design Brief: Design and implementation of rural tourism and event center; including water system, event hall with kitchen for 30 guests, accommodation for guests and owner's dome home.
Main design decisions:
> Vision and goals clearly outlined.
> Water security achieved through bore well and processing and distribution of grey water. Passive water harvesting and storage through six water harvesting ditches on contour (which also acts as erosion control) and three ponds.
> Beautiful two story dome home designed.
> Food production: design of vegetable production zones and orchard.

Iconic architecture that provides a competitive advantage. All the key physical elements implemented which created a self sufficient integrated sustainable system. The client ready to start their business with specific strategies for maintenance and multiple forms of income generation clearly defined. Client provided with documents to outline the project to investors, partners and officials. Management support for the first three years.
